Climacool was in the unique position of having built a fantastic brand without having done any branding or marketing at all. Since their launch a few years ago, their focus on customer service had made them deeply respected by everyone they worked with.
That’s where we came in. After sitting down with them to better understand their business model, we quickly came to the realization that what they needed wasn’t a website that promoted what they did, they needed to communicate how they did it. The result was a website that has very little content on climate control systems, and focuses almost exclusively on what they believe, the relationships they build, and the values they live by everyday.
